Due to a number of factors which are affecting delivery charges accross the world during the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Within the UK

All payments are in Pounds Sterling.

All goods shipped within the UK will be charge VAT at the currant rate of 20%

Outside the UK

All payment must be made in Pounds Sterling.

Your credit card provider or your bank will determine the exchange rate.

All orders shipped directly outside of the UK will be invoiced excluding VAT or other taxes. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be charged once the shipment reaches your country. For charge details, we recommend that you consult your local customs.


  • A confirmation email will be sent at the time of despatch. Your order should arrive within the delivery period dependant on your location, and not more than an additional 5 working days.
  • This maximum delivery period shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments.
  • If the goods are not available for immediate despatch, we will contact you stating any delays or availability issues.
  • Based on availability issues you are entitled to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
  • Where goods become available for delivery at different times, we will notify you of this fact and we reserve the right to deliver them in stages.


  • You may return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you received them provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • Please be aware you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The item cost will be refunded once we are satisfied the product(s) are in perfect condition in their original packaging.
  • The shipping costs incurred on despatch to the customer will not be refunded.
  • In the event the product(s) being returned were specially ordered a handling fee of up to 15% for the return of product(s) will be charged prior to refund.
  • We shall refund the purchase price, less any due handling fees, of the goods within 30 days of the order being cancelled or returned.
  • If any goods are returned damaged, we reserve the right to levy a charge proportionate with our costs of processing the sale.
