The Support Struts are available for any type of Van. All Vantainer customer service require is the confirmed height between the floor and the flat part of the cargo ceiling where the Struts are likely to be positioned. Vantainer will then machine the Strut accordingly. Calculation for machining the Strut is based on the total height minus 180mm.
Two poles are requires for a standard shelf run, and three poles are used on a "L" shape configuration.
Each pole includes a telescopic adaptor adjustable within 0mm to 75mm. Also included are the Two Velcro Mats with self adhesive fleece.
The Support Struts are fixed in the vehicle with their Velcro mats. The Velcro mats are attached via the self-adhesive fleece, which is glued to the floor and roof of the vehicle. The shelves can then be attached to the struts. A shelf unit needs a minimum of two struts. Separate struts can also used without the shelf units for load securing.
Vantainer now offer an alternative to the Velcro Floor pad. This is a neat two part aluminium floor plate. The centre part can be unwound from the outer plate leaving a flat surface allowing easy access once the Van Racking has been removed
