Our swivel pins are fixed very firmly in the body, and therefore are not normally damaged. However, if you frequently convert your Systainer³, these small parts can easily be lost.
We recommend using a rubber mallet to disconnect and re-connect the Systainer³, ensuring the body is not damaged.
